Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026 · Version 1.0

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage Nattive uses, what each one does and how long it lasts. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and it sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

1. Who we are

Nattive is operated by Fasttrack Pumps Limited (trading as Nattive). “We” and “us” in this policy mean Fasttrack Pumps Limited (trading as Nattive).

2. What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way but stays in your browser and is not sent to us with every request. We use both. In this policy, “cookies” covers both unless we say otherwise.

Essential cookies are needed for Nattive to work, for example to keep you signed in. We do not need your consent for them. Everything else is non-essential.

3. Essential cookies

5. Analytics and advertising cookies

These are not needed for Nattive to work, and Nattive keeps working without them. The first time you visit, we ask you to accept or reject them:

  • Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how people use Nattive. On our website (www.nattive.app) it only loads if you accept. In the Nattive app it loads either way.
  • Meta Pixel measures whether our ads reach the right people. It only loads if you accept.

You can change your choice at any time in section 7.

6. Services you visit through Nattive

Some steps take you to, or load, another company’s service. That company sets its own cookies under its own policy:

  • Stripe, our banking partner, when you add a card or, if you teach, set up your payouts. Stripe uses cookies for security and to prevent fraud.
  • Daily, our video provider, inside a lesson. Daily may save your camera and microphone choices in your browser.
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

7. How to control cookies

Change your mind about analytics and advertising cookies any time. This clears your stored choice and shows the cookie prompt again:

  • Your browser’s settings let you see and delete cookies and site data, and block cookies from some or all sites. Most browsers can also block third-party cookies, which stops Microsoft and Meta setting cookies on their own domains.
  • Private or incognito browsing clears cookies and browser storage when you close the window.
  • If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, your Meta ad settings let you limit how Meta uses activity from other sites, including Nattive.
  • If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to stay signed in, so you will not be able to book or teach lessons.

8. Changes to this policy

When we add or remove a cookie, we update this page and its version number. If a change matters to how you use Nattive, we will let you know.
