1. About us

Nattive is operated by Fasttrack Pumps Limited (trading as Nattive), registered in England and Wales, company number 16294467. Our registered office is at Kinetic Business Centre, Theobald Street, Borehamwood, Herts, England, WD6 4PJ.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nattive website at nattive.app and any pre-launch purchases made through it. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Fasttrack Pumps Limited. References to "you" or "your" mean the person accessing the site or making a purchase.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Nattive website or making a pre-launch purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. The service

Nattive is an on-demand English conversation platform that will connect learners with verified native English speakers via video call on a pay-per-minute basis. The platform has not yet launched. The site currently exists in pre-launch mode only.

We are targeting a launch in July 2026. This date is an estimate and may change. We will notify all waitlist subscribers and pre-launch purchasers of any material changes to our launch timeline.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Nattive website or make a purchase. By using the site or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who misrepresents their age.

5. Waitlist

Joining the free waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform. Access will be granted in stages following launch. We will notify you by email when your spot becomes available. Referring friends earns you launch credit under Section 6. Referrals do not by themselves change when you are granted access.

6. Referral programs

We operate two referral programs: one for buyers (English learners) and one for sellers (verified native English speakers). Both programs are pre-launch. Rewards become payable only once the Nattive platform goes live. Each waitlist subscriber is assigned a unique referral link upon signup, accessible from their dashboard.

A “paid session” is defined as a completed conversation of at least 5 minutes' duration where payment has settled successfully and has not been refunded.

6.1 Buyer referral program

If you are on the buyer waitlist:

• —For every 3 friends who sign up via your unique referral link AND complete at least one paid session each, your account will be credited with $5 of launch credit.
• —The credit stacks. There is no cap. 6 qualifying friends earn $10, 9 earn $15, and so on.
• —Each friend who signs up via your referral link is also eligible for their own $5 of launch credit. Their credit becomes redeemable once they complete a second paid session, where that second session begins within 7 days of completing their first.
• —A friend's referral counts toward your $5 only after they have completed their first paid session. Sign-up alone does not qualify.
• —Launch credit is denominated in US Dollars and may only be redeemed against speaker session costs on the Nattive platform. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded.
• —Launch credit expires 90 days after the platform launch date if not redeemed.

6.2 Seller referral program

If you have applied to the speaker waitlist:

• —For every 5 friends who sign up to the speaker waitlist via your unique referral link, complete identity and country verification, and complete at least one paid session, $5 will be added to your first payout from Nattive.
• —The bonus stacks. There is no cap. 10 qualifying referrals earn $10, 15 earn $15, and so on.
• —Friends you refer do not receive a separate referral bonus under the seller program. However, once verified, they can earn referral bonuses by referring other speakers themselves.
• —A referral only counts once the referred friend has completed their first paid session as a verified speaker. Sign-up alone does not qualify.
• —The bonus is paid in US Dollars via your linked Stripe Connect account at the time of your first payout.

6.3 Anti-fraud

Nattive reserves the right to invalidate referrals that show signs of abuse, fraud, or self-referral, including but not limited to duplicate accounts, disposable email addresses, or coordinated activity. Credits earned through invalid referrals will be removed.

6.4 Program changes and tax

Nattive may change reward amounts, qualification requirements, or terminate either program at any time. Rewards already earned at the time of any change will be honoured under the rules in force when they were earned.

Tax treatment of any reward is your responsibility. For sellers receiving payouts, we may be required to report payments to relevant tax authorities under local law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Nattive website to:

• —Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• —Attempt to abuse the referral system through fake accounts or self-referrals.
• —Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site or its infrastructure.
• —Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist or cancel any purchase without refund if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Nattive name, logo, brand, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to Fasttrack Pumps Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Nattive site and any pre-launch commitments are provided in good faith. However:

• —We make no guarantee that the platform will launch on any specific date.
• —The features, pricing, and benefits described on the site may change before or after launch.
• —The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fasttrack Pumps Limited's total liability to you in connection with the Nattive site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a delayed or cancelled launch.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
